Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon white sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
3 eggs
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
- Stir together flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl and set aside. In a large bowl beat together eggs and milk then add flour and mix until smooth. Next stir in melted butter to complete batter
- Heat a lightly oiled frying pan or griddle over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop batter into pan, about 2 tablespoons per crepe, then tilt and rotate pan to spread batter as thinly as possible. Brown both sides before serving
- Top, stuff or roll crepes with chocolate, fruit, cream cheese, powdered sugar or anything else you would like and enjoy.
