½ cup white sugar
¼ cup melted margarine or butter
¾ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup white sugar
¼ cup melted butter or margarine
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease mini muffin tin
- Mix ½ cup of white sugar, ¼ cup of melted margarine, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Stir in milk then mix in baking powder and flour until just combined.
- Fill muffin tins about half full
- Bake for 15-20 minutes
- While muffins are baking place ¼ cup melted butter in a bowl and in a separate bowl mix remaining ½ cup of white sugar and cinnamon.
- Once the muffins have finished baking pop them out of the pan and dip each muffin in the melted butter before rolling in the cinnamon sugar.
- Let cool and serve.
