Kickin’ Buffalo Chicken Pull-Apart Bread

Ingredients
2 packages Pillsbury pizza dough
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 cup buffalo sauce
¼ cup scallions, chopped
2 ½ cups shredded pepper jack cheese
½ cup unsalted butter
1 jalapeno, sliced
Ranch dressing (for dipping)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Roll out dough and cut into 3x3 inch squares (3 rows by 5)
  3. In a bowl toss chicken, buffalo sauce, scallions, and half the cheese
  4. Brush butter on a square and top with buffalo chicken mixture and sprinkle with cheese
  5. Repeat process stacking one layer on the next chicken side up
  6. Coat inside of a loaf pan with melted butter and put the stack of layers into the pan
  7. Brush remaining butter on top of bread and bake for 40-50 minutes
