Tysen Benz of Marquette, Michigan hung himself on March 14th and left no note. It was the direct result of a prank that went wrong. A 13-year-old girl used a computer to send false reports to Tysen that she had taken her life. Tysen’s mother, Katrina Goss, says she wants the 13-year-old to be held accountable for her actions. Tysen played hockey, soccer and golf. Mrs.Goss said Tysen saw the girl as his girlfriend, even though he wasn’t allowed to date yet. A GoFundMe has been made in his name and has raised over $40,000 for his family to help with funeral costs and the loss of Tysen.
