- 1 pound fresh cranberries
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 zested orange
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 6 tablespoons cold & cubed unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter an 8-inch square pan.
- In prepared baking dish, toss together cranberries, 1/3 cup Sugar, cornstarch, and zest.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, oats, 2 tablespoons, salt, and nutmeg.
- Add butter and use your fingers to work it into flour until mixture is crumbly. Stir in pecans.
- Sprinkle crumbs over cranberries.
- Bake until fruit bubbles and crumble is browned, 45 to 50 minutes.
