1 egg white
I tablespoon water
1 lb pecan halves
1 cup white sugar
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 250 and grease baking sheet
- Mix egg white and water until frothy. In a separate bowl mix sugar, salt and cinnamon
- Add pecans to egg white mixture and coat evenly
- Remove the nuts and toss with sugar until coated evenly then spread the nuts over the baking sheet
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes
