1 cup milk
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup espresso or strong coffee
Whipped cream
- Combine milk, pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin puree, sugar and vanilla in a medium microwave safe bowl.
- Cover with plastic wrap and poke hole in center to vent
- Microwave until milk is hot, about 1-2 minutes
- Vigorously whisk mixture until foamy
- Pour espresso or coffee into large mug and pour foamed milk over coffee
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice
