1 onion chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
16 oz package of tater tots
1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
½ cup milk
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a large skillet brown beef and onion over medium high heat, drain excess fat and salt and pepper to taste
- Spread beef evenly over the bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish
- Mix soup and milk until smooth and pour over beef
- Evenly spread tater tots over beef and then sprinkle cheese over tater tots
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly brown
