Several models of 3-Squares brand rice and slow cookers were recalled on Tuesday by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commision. The recall is due to wiring problems that may cause fires and electric shocks. The versions being recalled are Tim3 Machin3 and Mini Tim3 Machin3. Nearly 175,000 affected models were sold in the U.S. and about 100 in Canada. 3 incidents have been reported about the defective slow cookers. Anyone owning an affected slow cookers should stop using it immediately and contact 3 Squares. 3 Squares will ship a new one to you at no cost.
