Hot Chocolate Float

Ingredients

2 cups whole milk

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

¼ cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

6 ounces chocolate chips

2 tablespoons chocolate sauce

Vanilla ice cream

Chocolate shavings

1. Simmer milk in a small saucepan over medium heat.
2. Whisk in cocoa powder and sugar, stir
3. Stir in chocolate chips and vanilla and stir until chocolate is completely melted
4. Pour chocolate sauce into a small dish and dip rims of mugs into sauce
5. Pour hot chocolate into each mug, top with a scoop of ice cream and chocolate shavings

1. Samsung galaxy note 7

    Samsung has recalled 2.5 million of the Samsung galaxy note 7 phones and has now stopped selling them entirely due to phones exploding.

 2. GoPro Karma Drone

   The GoPro company has recalled 2,500 of their drones due to them losing power mid-flight and crashing. It was built to capture surrounding images and is foldable and was listed at $800.

3. Samsung washing machines

 The South Korean tech recalled top loading washing machines this November. Customers have reported the lid popping off mid-wash. Retailers have began to pull the product from their stores.

4. Soylent

 The company recalled its new soylent bars due to it making people very sick. It was supposed to be a healthy meal replacement, but the aftermath isn’t so good.

It's an unspeakably tragic conclusion to what most consider a fairy-tale run in one of South America's most prestigious soccer tournaments.

The lack of apparent fire damage among the wreckage means investigators may consider fuel starvation as one of the contributing factors to Monday's crash, a person familiar with the early inquiry said. But fuel starvation on a commercial flight is very rare, one expert told CNN.

It was initially reported that 81 people were on board and 75 died, but those numbers were later revised as some passengers on the manifest missed the flight.

The plane took off from Bolivia's Viru Viru airport at 6:18 p.m. local time Monday, an air traffic controller told CNN.
