Staff Reporter Courtney Palmer
Bill Goldberg does not just roll out of bed everyday and continue to kill it in the World Wide Entertainment without holding himself to a few key guidelines that he has developed himself. Goldberg drinks as much water as possible, does not drink soda, and does not eat past dark. He believes that anything you eat or drink will affect the way you look. For breakfast, the 6’4” 265 lb. the wrestler will consume 6 servings of oatmeal and 20 blueberries. Then he will train and consume two eggs with two yolks, 6 pieces of bacon, and four pieces of gluten free toast with avocado. If you ate this much, maybe you could weigh 285 lbs. Too!
