Since my fellow colleague is covering the female side of prom, it is up to me to spread my knowledge on the more masculine end of formal dances. For those of you who don’t regularly dress up in a tuxedo, there are stores around this area willing to rent you a dashing get-up. If you are acquiring your tuxedo by other means, MAKE SURE IT FITS. There is nothing that looks worse than a poorly fitted suit. For those of you who are renting your suit, make sure you price-shop and look for the best tux. A couple of nearby stores are Men's Wearhouse, David's Bridal and Jos A Bank.
Call ahead of time to make sure you reserve a time slot to pick out your tux. Make sure you are picking out your tuxedo at least THREE WEEKS in advance. It will take time for them to fit your suit and get it to you.
