Crazy Good Crèpes

Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon white sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
3 eggs
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons melted butter


  1. Stir together flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl and set aside. In a large bowl beat together eggs and milk then add flour and mix until smooth. Next stir in melted butter to complete batter
  2. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan or griddle over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop batter into pan, about 2 tablespoons per crepe, then tilt and rotate pan to spread batter as thinly as possible. Brown both sides before serving
  3. Top, stuff or roll crepes with chocolate, fruit, cream cheese, powdered sugar or anything else you would like and enjoy.
