Breakfast Casserole



Ingredients
2 packages of pork sausage
1 medium bell pepper chopped
1 medium onion chopped
3 cups frozen hash browns
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup bisquick mix
2 cups milk
¼ teaspoon pepper
4 eggs
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Grease rectangular pan and cook sausage and bell peppers until cooked
  3. Stir together sausage bell peppers hash browns and 1 ½ cup cheese and pour into baking dish
  4. Stir bisquick, eggs, milk and pepper and pour into baking dish
  5. Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes then sprinkle on remaining cheese and bake for another 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted
  6. Allow to cool before serving
