FBI Vs. Apple

The FBI arrested two shooters in December, and now have reason to arrest more. There is an 18 minute gap in the FBI’s timeline for the crime. According to the Fourth Amendment (reasonable cause, judge’s permission, and specific search) they have everything they need to search on of the criminal’s phone, but there's only one thing stopping them: a passcode.

Apple is known for their safe products! The FBI has requested that Apple builds a program that can override codes without deleting the contents of the phone. Apple argues that they cannot risk the security of their customers. The chance that a criminal gets their hands on the program is enough to scare Apple into defying the Federal Bureau.

Who is in the right?
