First of all, WHAT ARE THOSE?

These my friends are called Birkenstocks. Birkenstocks originated in Germany and our made out of “cork and rubber footbeds”.

In the late 1960’s, 70’s, and 80’s Birkenstocks were booming in popularity. But when the 1990’s came Birkenstocks weren’t so cool. So people went to wear other shoes that had more “volume”, made you taller, or just in my opinion looked weird.

So now the question is, why is everyone falling in love with these shoes? Besides them being extremely comfortable, what else do you think they have to offer? Are they cute or do they benefit your feet? Do they make you feel better because popular people are wearing them? Just tell me what is so amazing about these shoes that everyone is falling for them!

Guys, girls, women, and men are all falling for these shoes. These shoes are starting to take over your newsfeed on Twitter, Facebook, or any other social media you have. Birkenstocks are now known as Jesus sandals, dad shoes, and for women the grandma shoes. Are these shoes trying to go in style but are just falling out of style quicker than they came in?
