Use your turn signal
After school the parking lot can be extremely crowded. Putting on your turn signal lets other people know where you are going and reduces the chances of wrecking.
Park courteously
Although it can be difficult if you are in a hurry, park as neatly as possible. Take up only one parking spot and try not to park too close to the line.
Obey speed limits
Speeding through parking lots is the easiest way to cause an accident. Some parking lots do not post a speeding limit but as a rule you should not go over 15mph.
