Candied Pecans

1 egg white
I tablespoon water
1 lb pecan halves
1 cup white sugar
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon



  1. Preheat oven to 250 and grease baking sheet
  2. Mix egg white and water until frothy. In a separate bowl mix sugar, salt and cinnamon
  3. Add pecans to egg white mixture and coat evenly
  4. Remove the nuts and toss with sugar until coated evenly then spread the nuts over the baking sheet
  5. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes
