The Most Wonderful Time of the Year is Now Year Round with Homemade PSL’s

1 cup milk
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup espresso or strong coffee
Whipped cream


  1. Combine milk, pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin puree, sugar and vanilla in a medium microwave safe bowl.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and poke hole in center to vent
  3. Microwave until milk is hot, about 1-2 minutes
  4. Vigorously whisk mixture until foamy
  5. Pour espresso or coffee into large mug and pour foamed milk over coffee
  6. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice
