On Wednesday November 4, 2015 the Monrovia High School Quiz Bowl team visited Indianapolis to compete on the Westfield Insurance Brain Game. The team left first period and returned at the end of seventh. Members of the brain game squad were Nick Stevens, Haley Tinsley, Garrett Wertz, Hunter Marsh, and Zack Stevens. The team played two games. They won the first against Broadripple, but lost the second against Fishers. Last year, Fisher’s did very well in the competition so it is no surprise that Monrovia lost a tough fought battle. Congrats on winning the game against Broadripple quiz bowl!
