Kenna Hunter, Kara Beasley, and Kayla Coryea placed in the Morgan County Meet
Tuesday with Kenna placing second, Kara placing sixth, and Kayla placing seventh. Other team members, Cassidy Koller, Kyra Plance, Marion Creager, Taylor Price, and Melanie Courtney, also did very well in the race. Kenna led the team with a second play finish, breaking her school record with a time of 19:46.8! Kara and Kayla followed closely behind. Overall the girls finished second as a team.
Ben Nagel not only led his team, but also lead the race with a first place finish! He is the first boy from Monrovia to win County in the last ten years with a time of 17:10.8! Cameron Dowell also placed, finishing in eleventh place. Vincent Villatuya, Noah Elliott, and Jacob Phend did very nice as well. As a whole the team finished fourth. GREAT JOB DOGS!
