The Bulldog Fetch would like to introduce Dara Zandona, a foreign exchange student from Brazil. The first thing that surprises her about our school is we do not have uniforms, unlike Brazil. She also was never able to pick her own classes; the students have to take the classes that are assigned to them. Not only are the clothes and classes different, Dara is trying to acclimate herself to the different school hours. They only go to school from 7a.m-12p.m. Dara is planning on only staying until December, but she says she enjoys all of her classes and the people who have welcomed her to our school! Zandona wants to experience as much of the different culture as she can and wants people to understand and know more about her language. She is very glad she took part in this wonderful adventure, and Monrovia could not be more excited to have such a lovely person. Welcome to Monrovia Dara!
