Ice Melt in the Arctic

Scientists say that ice levels in the Arctic have shrunk to the second lowest level ever. Every year during the spring and summer the ice melts, but this year has surprised scientists. Ice is important because it keeps the temperature of the oceans in check and also keeps water levels safe. Scientists say that this winter should bring the ice back to normal levels.
