Spinach and Tortellini Salad

A vegetarian meal that everyone will enjoy!


           Ingredients


  • 1 (9 ounce) package of cheese-filled tortellini
  • 1 (10 oz) package of frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 (8 ounce) bottle of Italian-style salad dressing


          Directions


  1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until just tender.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the tortellini, spinach, cheese, and tomatoes. Add enough salad dressing to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
