Meet the new Miss America, Savvy Shields. Shields represents the state of Arkansas as she was named “Miss Arkansas." She won the judges over with her jazz routine performance during the talent portion and her answer about Hillary Clinton during the question and answer portion. Miss South Carolina Rachel Wyatt was the first runner-up. Miss New York Camille Sims was the second runner-up. The third and fourth runner-ups were Miss Washington, Alicia Cooper, and Miss Mississippi, Laura Lee Lewis. Congratulations to all the contestants!
